'90 Minutes' was inspired by Saddam Houssein's son Uday, who was reported to have inflicted this punishment on the Iraqi football team for failing to reach the 1994 World Cup Finals.
At the opening the 'Lullaby' exhibition at DCA, the game Gallery Assistants wore the strips.
